Thought I start this off with a nice drink, a cheers to many things. Cheers to all of us Gen-Xers that made it this far, a cheer to the new site, a cheer to a new refreshment of life I am going through (although still going through it, lol), cheers just for the hell of it, so here it is, a light mixed drink packed with flavors. Enjoy!

Just realized that the photo one isnt in color and two, it cuts off part of the instructions: so here you go:

[b]Bayou Breeze

Ingredients:
4 oz Pineapple Juice
2 oz Orange Juice
1 oz Coconut Water
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
2 oz Rum (White or Coconut)
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
6-8 Fresh Mint Leaves
Ice
Chili-Lime Seasoning
Pineapple Wedge & Lime Wheel (for garnishments)

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Rim a glass with Lime Juice and Coat with chili-lime seasoning.
2. In a shaker, add all ingredients except the garnishments and ice. Shake well for 15 seconds.
3. Fill a glass with fresh ice and strain mixture from shaker over the ice.
4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, lime wheel, and a sprig of resh mint.
5. Kick back, take a sip, ,and enjoy the breeze.
